What is the standard shipping timeframe for home decor items?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Six Bells ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon. Please note that customs fees and duties for Canadian orders are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy for fragile items?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage for a full replacement or refund.
Are your handmade textiles machine washable?
Care instructions vary by material. While some of our cotton linens are machine washable on a gentle cycle, we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning for our wool throws and artisanal tapestries to preserve their integrity.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly. You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes.
